LovPop selection 2026
Comprising several curatorial components, the audiovisual LOVPop project consists of a body of diverse compositions – while varying in the degree to which their content aligns with the LOVPop concept, these projects derive their true significance through their interaction with one another:
1. Four programs featuring videos by international artists, curated by Wilfried Agricola de Cologne, as well as several satellite projects;
2. Curatorial contributions of video art by several invited curators
3. The video art project “The 3 Situationalists”, curated by Wilfried Agricola de Cologne for Hall of Fame @ The New Museum of Networked Art, featuring the video artists

4. The solo feature “La Prima Ballerina – Francesca Fini – the AI Challenge in Video Art,” curated by Wilfried Agricola de Cologne for Hall of Fame @ The New Museum of Networked Art
5. The sound art project “LOVPoP – The Sound of Future” by soundLAB which engages other sensory perceptions—presented as an interactive installation that connects the primary venues of Los Angeles and Cologne via the Internet for everyone, including those living elsewhere.

The entire LovPop project will be finalized in January 2027 to be ready for exhibition in March 2027.
